By creating a Tally account or using our service, you agree to:

Tally is provided as-is and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You retain all rights to the financial data you input into Tally. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to:

This license terminates when you delete your account.

9. Service Availability

• That Tally will meet all your requirements
• That security measures will be impenetrable

We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily limit access.

10. Fees and Payment (If Applicable)

Tally currently offers its services free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future:

• You may continue using free features or upgrade to paid tiers

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed £100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

• Your use of Tally

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the account deletion feature in your settings

Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law
• We cease operations

We will provide reasonable notice when possible, except in cases of serious violations.

14. Changes to Terms

Your continued use of Tally after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
